Obama claims to be a Christian. Would a true Christian say this about God's Word? Could you imagine if Obama made these comments about any other religion?
Believe it or not...
No Christian would say these things. Obama is a closet Muslim, an atheist, or perhaps he's just using religion as a vehicle in his quest for power.
Barack Obama's childhood hero, Nation of Islam spokesman Malcolm X said after President Kennedy's assassination that, "chickens are coming home to roost."
Barack Obama's spiritual mentor, Jeremiah Wright said after 9/11 that, "America's chickens are coming home to roost."
Jeremiah Wright traveled to Libya with (to meet Muammar Qaddafi) and gave a Lifetime Achievement Award to Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.
Barack Obama's cousin in Kenya is Raila Odinga, who among other things advocates Sharia (Islamic) Law. After he lost Kenya's presidential election in 2007, his supporters went on a violent rampage killing hundreds of people across Kenya, some of whom were Christians taking refuge inside a church. Odinga's supporters surrounded the church and burned it to the ground, burning the people alive who were inside. Obama campaigned for Odinga when he visited Kenya in 2006.
It is so telling. He would never ridicule the Koran. He's politically correct when it's politically expedient for him. God! Please protect us from these liberal radicals!

Anyone can cherry-pick specific parts of the Bible in order to give it a good name or a bad name, be it Obama or any of you guys. It's the same thing no matter who does it.
Every individual should be free to have faith in whatever religion they believe in, or no religion at all. However, religion should not govern how an entire country is run. As the times change, so do the rules. What worked for people 50, 100, or however many years ago you want to look back doesn't necessarily work now. I don't miss the Salem Witch Trials one bit.
On a side note, I may not personally agree with ALL of Obama's policies, but one thing I do like about him is how he become President by being elected, unlike the previous President.

The only thing thing i agree with you on is freedom of religion or non at all, that is an individuals choice to beleive or not. The only person to answer to that matters is God himself.

Maybe I'm just reading it wrong, but the only instance of "religion", "religious", or "God" that shows up is "no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States". Is it an outdated version, perhaps?
Also, if your country (I say "your" because I'm Canadian) was indeed founded on religion, then I guess it's safe to assume that the Treaty of Tripoli which was signed by John Adams in 1797 is a lie? Refer to Article 11. I should hope that one of the Founding Fathers wouldn't have put his signature on a document containing false information.

I think we need to pray for the American people and our country. At the same time we need to pray for the world and Obama for they know what they do. I feel like we are setting on a egg that could pop at any time. We have a wonderful country and we are being taken further down every day. God help us all.

The creator of this post is using the Loving name of Jesus to advance a hateful political agenda. May you find the grace that you seem to reject for living in a secular world where it is so very needed! You don't need to agree with Obama (I don't). But if you really are a Christian, you do need to pray FOR HIM (it's required for the faithful) and you need not to mock anybody. Just look up "mockers" in any good concordance and see if you like the company you seem to be keeping!! If your agenda is purely political, please leave Jesus out of it! He's been dragged through enough mud....and it was for you, me, Obama---everyone.
Telling the truth is not mocking! We need to get the corrupt leaders, people in Congress that are corrupt, and in the Administration. We need to take our Country back to what the Founders intented it to be. Many Presidents Wilson, and FDR where progressives (new name for Liberals), and they messed up the Country also, they are the ones Obama looks up to- their polices and Ideals. It is not about race as people want it to be, it is the character of the person (remember that from the 1990's with Clinton).

Have you read the whole bible especially the verses that state we are to repect those in authority - who are anointed by God? Nothing is accomplished by vehemently opposing our President - instead pray for him and our country.
Yes I have read the bible and it says that but also says not to let the authority take away your rights per the constitution and he is not our president if he is not a natually born American citizen !! Research yourself and the read pslms 109:8 and the book of Revelation and then respect the office but not the man !
